You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:
✔ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔ The item is in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
✔ You have a valid proof of purchase from LEVELALI.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized plush toys.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
2️⃣ How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these simple steps:

📦 Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

💡 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
